Fun things are happening…
Capacity Check - A Workshop with Tara
Capacity Check is a two-hour immersive experience for the woman who can handle the big things, yet somehow finds herself overwhelmed by the small ones—the woman doing a lot, carrying a lot, and starting to question what actually still belongs in her life.
Through nervous system regulation, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and the SHIFT Framework, we’ll slow down, tune back into the body, and reconnect with intuition and discernment. You’ll explore where your capacity is being spent, what’s draining it, and what you want to make room for next—leaving with practical tools and tangible action steps to create more clarity, choice, and intention.
Because you don’t need to wait until January to decide how you want the next chapter of your life to feel.

Explore The Nervous System with Philomena and Andrea
On September 26th, anatomy professor Philomena Behmer and Andrea Kennedy will be leading a two-hour deep dive into the nervous system; what it's actually made of, how it communicates, and why it responds to stress the way it does.
We'll look closely at the autonomic nervous system: the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches, what activates each, and what the research actually says about regulation and recovery. Come with questions. Come with curiosity. No background in anatomy needed, just an interest in understanding your own body a little better.
